Nurse

We are seeking a House Nurse to join our growing team! You will be responsible for delivering and overseeing bedside services and coordinating with the Field Nurse on duty.

Qualifications:

• Nursing license (RN/LPN)
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Mornings, Evenings, Overnights

Responsibilities:

• Administer services including ADLs, insulin management, bowel programs etc.
• Deliver and oversee the delivery of services in care plans and update care plans as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding resident care
• Educate residents, family and staff as needed
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members
• Other duties as assigned
