Information Technology System Analyst

Description:

Acquires and maintains in-depth knowledge of one or more functional/business systems or applications.

Communicates application requirements to development team members by creating clear user stories.

Completes high level designs for new or existing systems.

Identifies critical system dependencies. Provides business and application consultation for project and support teams.

Work with scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices

Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction

Remove impediments and help scrum team on removing impediments

Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

Works closely with QA to define application solutions and test case creation that meet business needs.

Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

Experience with successful Agile techniques

Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Strong coaching and servant leadership skills to help teams manage work efforts. Must have excellent communication and team building skills. Help drive business value and results working with the product owner and the teams. Help mature the teams to be self-determined and motivated to continue delivering high results and expectations.

To Do:

This role will be working with engineering team in key strategic efforts (Folio/ Alts/ Advicepay etC)

Required Skills:

Writing User stories, capturing requirements, converting requirements to technical requirements.

Communication skill, collaboration. Motivator for teams

Nice to Have:

Tech. stack - writing queries, running queries.

Ability to understand code
