We are in immediate need of a motivated and experienced Account Manager for the Construction Industry. Our Account Managers have responsibility to prospect and manage clients and interview applicants for jobs at these clients. This is an addition to headcount to help us accelerate our growth in Minnesota.
Our Account Manager's work week is typically Monday through Friday, working first shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This is a full-time opportunity working in our office that pays a base of $50,000, plus commission, based on your experience and skill level.

Job Requirements:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
?? Prospect and manager business relationships with clients in the construction industry
?? Interview, select, coach, and manage temporary employees at your clients
?? Deliver consultative, needs-based selling approach
?? Grow sales by prospecting, cold calling and canvassing your territory to manage current clients as well as develop new business.
?? Conduct safety walkouts with temporary employees and review safety checklists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
?? Conduct routine check-ins with clients and temporary employees to ensure satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
?? Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning, maintain open communication and transparency with all team members.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
?? High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
?? 5 years of demonstrated success in sales in the staffing or construction industry
