The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for providing best-in-class full-cycle recruitment support to the Department of Human Services (DHS). Working collaboratively as part of the Strategic Talent Acquisition Team within the Office of Human Resources, this position will execute day-to-day recruitment activities including partnering with hiring managers to understand their particular business needs, creating strategic recruitment plans, driving talent pipeline development, and providing consistent updates on recruitment progress. This position requires a highly relationship-driven approach to building and sustaining a network of connections both internal and external to DHS.
