Auto Process Engineer Plastics Expert

Position Summary:
The Process Engineer Plastics Expert can display and utilize downtime and scrap rate for a more practical process using TQM efficiencies in the mold of the organization.
This Process Engineer Plastics Expert skill set should include:

• Extrusion Experience
• Knowledge of polymer material and properties
• Advanced process documentation skills
• Engineering and plastics (polymers) degree - required
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma theory and practices is desirable
• 4+ years of experience is required

Demonstrating technical skills as a Process Engineer using methods including workflow, layout, assembly, and production equipment. With a team player mentality to motivate, address, and evaluate. Using these skills to problems solving with attention to detail. A Plastics Expert must know about Extrusion, tubing, and film.
