Overview GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Systems Analsyt in the Oshkosh, WI area. This posiiton can be remote for the right candidate. Position Overview Manages computing platforms including desktop, laptop, thin-computing, mobile and workstation peripheral devices in a global office and manufacturing environment. This position will manage a global desktop/laptop and mobile device environment utilizing relevant enterprise class management tools. The position will be responsible for the research and evaluation of new enterprise technologies, processes, or upgrades, developing and enforcing configuration standards maintenance and support practices. This role is expected to act independently and solve more complex problems, fulfill requests with minimal supervision. The System Analyst is expected to be a subject matter expert in multiple client systems and identify when established procedures are not working or there are gaps in processes and make recommendations for improvements. The security risk level for this position is high; therefore, the incumbent must be a US Citizen and may be subject to additional background screening requirements. Responsibilities Tier 4 mobile device support Handle escualted tickets and troubleshooting issues Perform off hours work if required Other support functions specific to Client Services as directed Strong general technology knowledge and skills critical Troubleshooting ideology essential Communicating effectively through verbal and written formats is a requirement Organizational and time management a mus Self-actualized and able to think critically Act with a sense of urgency when dealing with end user issues Minimum Qualifications Associate degree and 5-plus years related experience or bachelor's degree and 3-plus years related experience Experience supporting Workspace One MDM and iOS Devices US Citizen Preferred Experience Experience with multiple Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Intune, Avalanche, etc. Knowledge and experience in Service Now ticketing system What We Do: GDC is a full-service IT Staffing and Solutions company specializing in the areas of IT talent placement, application development, multilingual service desk, networking and infrastructure, business intelligence, and project management.
