Compensation: $26.60 to $30.80 hourly

Our client is looking to hire an Accounting Analyst to support their P2P system administrator. The Accounting Analyst will assist with database management, auditing, and reporting. To increase efficiency of their accounts payable (AP) process, the Accounting Analyst will be resolving system integration errors in requisitions, invoices, etc. This position is located in the east metro and will start as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

- Maintain regional/local P2P platform (user set up, troubleshooting, etc.)

- Create master data files from current system to import and load into new P2P system

- Increase efficiency of AP process by reviewing/resolving system errors with requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, payments, etc.

- Perform routine reconciliation of accounts to ensure data was processed accurately prior to Month-End/Quarter-End/Year-End close

- Ad hoc analysis and reporting
