YOUR ROLE

  • Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing strategies for SexyHair, #MyDentity and STMNT Grooming in close collaboration with global brand team, digital marketing team and North America sales team and to develop core marketing strategy
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns, media planning and buying efforts across all digital and traditional tools for all degree programs
  • Ensure strategies, plans and execution is highly integrated with other marketing functions including creative, communications, events and marketing operations
  • Create and utilize promotional campaigns, activations, on-shelf initiatives, and advertising to build brand awareness and increase customer engagement
  • Ensure brand standards across all marketing channels, publications and platforms
  • Lead and manage integrated marketing team


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Five years of related experience required; 7-10 years marketing, brand positioning, and trade marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Professional Haircare marketing experience highly desirable
  • Excellent ability to develop and execute against strategic integrated multichannel marketing plans
  • Extensive experience in optimizing marketing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data and glean actionable insights that inform strategy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented with high standards for self and team
  • Proven track record of developing and leading direct reports and providing support to internal teams
  • Ability to develop and manage projects in an expedited manner, with respect to budget and timelines
  • Experience managing a budget, interdepartmental and external vendor relationships
