YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for leading the growth of multiple brands by expanding professional distribution channels
  • Responsible for sales growth and development of customers and overall territory including achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and profitability targets
  • Lead a team of high performers to achieve new innovation/ promotional placement, new customer acquisitions, increased market share, inventory management and expense control by customer and overall territory
  • Develop and foster relationships with distributor partners through face to face and virtual meetings, and conduct field visits through the distributor network quarterly
  • Develop a comprehensive sales, marketing and education plan with team and distributor partners that aligns with overall company objectives, tracks sales out, ROI and identifies gaps and opportunities
  • Work as a contributing team member to share ideas, best practices and opportunities for company growth
  • Work with distributor partner for additional opportunities for increased sales and market share through social, digital, promotional and educational activities


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • An experienced Sales Leader with 5 or more years beauty industry experience, and a strong track record for accomplishing goals and developing team members
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit while operating within corporate guidelines
  • Be a solution oriented individual to work with multiple customers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Travel requirements: Up to 70% travel, 50% out of town and 20% local. Subject to change based on seasonal activities such as shows and corporate events
