Leading consumer product company in Madison, WI has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk. Due to a recent merger, the Accounting Manager would like the Accounting Clerk to start immediately. The Accounting Manager is expecting double digit growth in the department size over the next year.

Job Requirements:
The Accounting Clerk will have the following responsibilities:

  • Creating invoices
  • Entering client data into the company software
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Review and verify purchase orders
  • Perform adhoc duties as needed to support the accounting department
The Ideal Accounting clerk will have 1+ years of experience working in transactional accounting. The candidate should have the ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Any additional accounting software is a plus.
