Payroll & Accounts Payable Manager

Our Minneapolis client is seeking a Payroll and Accounts Payable Manager. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting leadership experience and will have hands on experience with Payroll. This role will entail managing a team of 7+ staff and working hands on in a Payroll capacity. Candidates with Workday or Ultipro payroll experience as well as payroll processing for 1000+ employees in multiple states is also highly preferred. This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000-105,000 and offers a competitive benefits package. Payroll processing, payroll management, multi-state payroll, payroll journal entries, Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, Account Reconciliation, Month End Close, Year End Closings, Excel Formulas, Process Improvement, Process Improvement Initiatives. Proven ability to manage a team, meet company goals, and please have excellent communication skills as this role will work closely with other departments.
