Job Duties of the Human Resources Assistant:
Will work closely with the Human Resource Manager and assist with multiple HR duties
Perform phone screens for applicants that apply to job postings
Perform plant tours
Data entry into HRIS system
Post new job orders
Draft and send rejection emails
Make new hire packets
