Req ID: 211340WD In this role, you will function as the Executive Compensation expert for the Company. Help to run, drive, improve and deliver all executive pay elements including base pay, incentive pay, and equity pay. Lead executive pay projects, assist in the preparation of Board and Compensation Committee materials and the proxy statement. ??? Perform executive-level pay and market best practice benchmarking along with monitoring of applicable SEC, accounting & tax regulations to ensure Deluxe's plans remain compliant & competitive. ??? Lead the creation for Board Compensation Committee meeting materials including coordinating with the board's external compensation consultant, finance and legal partners. ??? Support the completion of the CD of the Annual Proxy and other relevant executive compensation disclosures. ??? Day-to-day administrative, communication, reporting on long-term compensation programs including equity. ??? Perform high-level job evaluations at Deluxe. Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors in Business, Human Resources and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience inexecutive compensation practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.Preferred Qualifications: CCP certification Experience: 3 years of management experience. Proficiency in mathematics/statistics.
