We train you exactly how to sell those who have requested information on obtaining a policy. Our agents earn WELL ABOVE most licensed agents in the country. Imagine working virtually or in person, whichever you like, with a flexible work schedule, using our proven one-call close selling methods, and our exclusive in-house lead program. We have thousands of agents using this new system and earning well above most agents nationwide. The absolute best training and support in the space bar none. Own your own customers. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business Generate new business through leads and referrals Cross-sell existing customers with other agency products Process payments and service pre-existing policies Follow A Sales Process Designed To Make Closing Simple Requirements: A Life Insurance License or the willingness to obtain one Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Must be motivated and must be able to control your own schedule. No quotas! Agents working for captive companies or independent IMOs are looking for a more traditional career model that does not limit upward mobility. Agents looking for a more structured daytime schedule that allows for flexibility and reduced travel time running appointments. Agents looking for additional support from the home office to stay busy. We prospect on your behalf through our exclusive in-house lead programs.
