Works closely with customers and business units to achieve competitive and highly reliable Commercial Deposit and Treasury Management products and solutions. Focus on product and project management, drive detailed scope and requirements, and monitor vendor performance while maintaining close attention to the client experience and risk management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPosition Specific ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities related to product management include:Lead project teams and/or participate in them to define project strategy and design, develop and implement Treasury Management products.Assist in identifying the need for new products and existing product enhancements to support target market growth by monitoring the market and banking industry.Understand current product position vs peer banks from a competitive perspective.Supervise testing strategies, project-related risks and mitigation strategies, and plans for effective quality assurance of process and project results. Elicit, clarify, and validate actual (beyond expressed desire) requirements of all stakeholders. Maintain control of access rights, security settings and user privileges. Assist with assessing and improving products and services, sales effectiveness and project implementations including work with Marketing and PMO office to provide recommendations for go-to-market strategy for new products & enhancements.Monitor product performance of product inventory assigned for pricing and target market strategy and develop and implement business rules for efficient workflow. Develop and maintain reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor vendors that are providing product support and services.Work with Marketing to determine go-to-market strategy for new products & enhancements.Collaborate with Operations and line of business stakeholders to determine product priorities, strategy, features and pricing. Ensure that all products are in compliance with State and Federal laws. Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1 to 4 years of relevant experience in banking or related field preferred Proven project management, training and support skills. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives at once, prioritizing to meet moving deadlines. Demonstrates good verbal/written communications skills. Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas to associates at all levels. Ability to work independently. Ability to occasionally travel outside of immediate geographic area (i.e. attend meetings & conferences, conduct training) as needed.
