Description 1. Prepares, proofs and submits assigned correspondence, reports and other documents ensuring a high level of communications and accuracy.2. Receives, records and processes phone calls and emails on behalf of the President & CEO; schedules appointments for the President & CEO in response to and/or follow-ups on inquiries to and from the CEO as directed.3. As assigned, conducts/processes special projects under the direction of the President & CEO and/or board of directors to include preparing for, organizing, establishing deadlines and submitting completed projects timely.4. Provides administrative support to the CEO to include preparing data for various projects or assignments, obtaining survey data, preparing research information and providing additional administrative support as directed.5. Coordinates distribution of Disclosure of Interests policy and statement as well as Staff and Board Code of Ethics and the Whistle Blower Policy to all staff and WICPA and Foundation board members annually to include requests to return documents; scans signed returned statements and forwards to the Chair with appropriate transmittal letters and instructions and provides the originals to the CEO for personnel files.6. Place members on Administrative Hold who have been notified of an ethics investigation. Keep President & CEO informed. Reconcile WICPA records with AICPA records semi-annually.7. Informs the President & CEO as soon as possible of any matters learned about that could significantly impact the association.8. Provides tracking and updates the President & CEO of open AEB positions & TAC group contributions.9. Accurately records and updates schedule of TAC group contributions for President & CEO.10. Responsible to coordinate the yearly updates to the Wisconsin Elected Official Tax Guide; distribute to legislators, post to appropriate committees on Connect.
