Duties:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and oversee a retail branch in Sheboygan. This leader will assure exceptional member experience while promoting a full range of products/services, sales, operations, premises, productivity, and attainment of goals and initiatives. Our Manager will inspire and lead their team by creating an environment that keeps them engaged, motivated, and excited to achieve goals.


Our Branch Manager will foster our "United For You" service promise which requires taking personal responsibility for providing outstanding member service that builds loyalty and supports a service selling environment. This leader will work collaboratively to foster a culture that encourages diversity and independent thinking to meet or exceed UnitedOne's mission, strategic objectives, and promote the overall success of the credit union.


Expectations include:

  • Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of similar or related experience, including time spent in the financial industry.
  • Post high school degree preferred and mortgage lending experience a plus.
  • A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be effective in this role.
  • Must be versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities and can organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
