Maintenance Technician

The MY PLACE HOTEL of SHAKOPEE, MN is looking for a great individual to join our team as our Hotel Maintenance Technician!Please Note:The hotel industry is 24 hours a day/7 days a week so weekends and holidays are often required. Shift will typically include morning and afternoon hours unless emergency or special circumstances arise.Duties Include:Work in accordance with Hotel's Brand Standards and in accordance with maintenance guidelines and goals.Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times.Maintain a safe, clean hotel and grounds.Preventative maintenance of all rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances and electrical equipment such as TV's, refrigerators and light fixtures are in working order.Preventative maintenance on all maintenance tools and equipment.Maintain exterior landscaping and lawnEnsure all repairs meet company standards.Assist in the cleanliness of and maintain Hotel's exterior spaces and common areas.
