Join our dedicated team of professionals!Position SummaryMachine Maintenance Tech II will be responsible for the advanced repair and preventative maintenance of machines and various machining equipment. Essential Job Functions Plan and perform advanced machinery repair Install and align new machining equipmentRecommend improvements and changes for increased quality or efficiencyPerform preventative maintenance per scheduleWork independently on projects of moderate complexity Train Machine Maintenance Tech I Accurately record and report hours worked Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirementsRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard workPartner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and financeUnderstand customer needs and the core business markets we serveEnsure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properlyParticipate in required company meetings Maintain an organized work area (5S)Participate in the Operational Excellence Program Complete all other work duties as assignedAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentMinimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA's and certifications) 5 years of advanced level of machine maintenance experienceSelf-motivated and capable of working in a team environment with minimal supervisionIntermittent exposure to safe levels of cleaning solutions, solvents, and solder (lead) fumes Ability to stand for long periods of timeAbility to occasionally lift 10-50lbs and to stand, bend and stoop Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, around machinery that may be exposed to and around oils & solvents Mechanical AptitudeStrong problem-solving skills Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Attention to detailOrganizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to prioritize and multitaskDesirable Criteria & QualificationsTechnical DegreePhysical & Environmental DemandsCretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process.
