The Impact You'll Make in this Role As an Implementation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Project planning, implementation and support of the customer integration process. Development, maintenance and management of project schedules including timely completion of deliverables. Providing documentation and guidance through integration process Offering assistance and information, and escalating problems to subject matter experts as required. Assisting clients in resolving / escalating technical issues to proper internal resources. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Project Management in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement Two (2) years of technical project management and/or team leadership experience, PMP certification (desired) or previous project management education. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritize completion in a fast-paced environment. Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively. Ability to interpret technical instructions and communicate same to clients of various technical skill levels. Ability to follow through on problems and issues, creating procedures and tools to prevent future problems. Customer oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to read and interpret APIs Knowledge of systems architecture Previous experience within healthcare industry preferred.
