HIRING: Full-time Collections Customer Service Representatives(CSR) – in Superior ,WI

This is NOT a work from home job.

Work at your own desk and create your own schedule Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm. No night or weekends required.

· Pay: $15 - 18 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

· Prefer previous call center experience and/or retail, customer service

· Good computer skills – proficient in Windows

· Excellent verbal communication skills- must have professional phone voice, clear pronunciation.

· Good attendance and work ethic

· Ability to type with accuracy and successfully document all accounts.

· Must be customer service focused and be motivated to succeed.

· Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
