Position Title: Trust Operations Specialist: Contract Level 6

Reports To: VP Trust Operations

Position Overview:

The primary responsibilities of this job include Pricing of Alternative, Unique Assets and other Unpriced Assets, Fee

Processing, and WebLink and Trust Accounting system administration.

Essential Functions:

Pricing Assets: 40%

?? Pricing assets include manually researching, gathering/obtaining, pricing, and converting foreign asset prices to USD.

?? Manage unpriced asset reports obtained from various sources including investment managers.

?? Reviewing and verifying vendor priced assets with priced variances over a pre-determined percentage.

?? Scanning worksheets, work papers and information to have available for auditors.

?? Managing and pricing miscellaneous assets such as limited partnerships, private placements, CIT's, etc. Includes managing the master spreadsheet of login information.

Fee Processing: 25%

?? Includes Fee calculations, fee schedules, fee blocks, account and master account fee groups, fee control accounts, fee accruals, specialized fee processes, generating invoices, billing, and reporting.

?? Creates and maintains fee schedules, maintains excel spreadsheet of fee schedule details; manages all aspects of fees including calculations, corrections, posting, invoicing, providing fee worksheets to administrators for review, manual processes, calculates, and edits closed account fees as needed; creates and maintains spreadsheet data for various department purposes, i.e., fee accruals, fees by account type, market values by account type, officer, etc.

WebLink: 15%

?? Includes acting as the primary contact and support to users, maintain controls and reports of those users and all contact information for administration personnel.

?? Set up new users, assign access privileges, and disable old accounts, etc.

?? Unlocks and reset password help as needed.

?? Assist internal and external clients as needed.

Trust Accounting System: 5%

?? Includes updating and maintain Installation Master fields to ensure accurate daily processing functions.

?? General trust system administration includes updating and maintaining users and privilege levels necessary for job duties; requires knowledge and comprehensive understanding of trust system hierarchy coding to effect efficient operation and assist in areas of operations and administration departments; troubleshoot issues, communicates with FIS on system errors or processing issues and works with FIS to resolve; reviews daily maintenance logs for account, interested parties, sub-master, security master coding, etc.; runs reports including uploading data via STPLink protocol and SQL Queries, responsible for various daily and interim reports and saving to imaging system for retention

Other Duties and Responsibilities: 15%

?? Quarterly OFAC upload to CSI Watchdog, prepare monthly administrative account review spreadsheets, monthly OneSource file generation, act as an additional Federal Reserve Bank EUAC (End User Authorization Contact) to be able to assist in managing Subscriber access to services and applications via FedLine Advantage and FedLine Web Solutions to assist users; Trust Imaging Systems: maintain users, user access to Joshua, our document imaging solution.

?? Adds, modifies, and deletes users (or operators) not just for Trust, but for the Bank, maintains cabinets and folders, purges documents, and trains as needed, assists users and other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

?? Knowledge and understanding of different security types, of trust and securities processing activities, and how they are treated for tax reporting.

?? An understanding of various tax treatments for different types of transactions, account types, etc.

?? Knowledge of trust accounting software

?? Knowledge of industry processes, procedures, and workflow.

?? Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

?? Strong organizational and time management skills

?? Ability to function independently much of the time and meet deadlines.

?? Ability to present a professional business image.

?? Ability to manage projects, system enhancements, etc.

?? Ability to provide quality customer service to internal and external clients.

?? Attention to detail.

?? Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced and team environment.

?? Works well under pressure

Education, Training, and Experience Requirements:

?? Bachelors' Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

?? CSOP, CTOP, or ATOP certification desired or obtainable

?? 5+ years working in trust operations or similar environment; industry and trust knowledge and experience.

?? Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
