Hey Minot, we're in search of a full-time Office Assistant to join our Edgewood team! If you love to keep things organized, are an exceptional multi-tasker, and have a welcoming, fun attitude, we have the role for you!

As an Office Assistant at Edgewood, you would be responsible for ensuring efficient office functions related to the administration of all employment related practices with a focus on staffing and recruitment efforts. This position will assist in additional office functions such as preparing and maintaining the daily schedule, coordinating the scheduling functions at the community in collaboration with community leadership, assisting in new hire orientation and annual in-service employee training, and performing other HR-related duties.

Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma / GED (required).
- Associates degree in Office / Business Administration preferred.
