Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter-from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.The Human Resources Coordinator at Saputo supports the HR team in a myriad of ways, from recruiting and onboarding support to welcoming employees and visitors and performing important foundational administrative duties.How You Will Make Contributions That MatterSupport Saputo recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, resume review, and approval monitoring.Perform onboarding and new employee welcome activities.Welcome visitors and employees as the Milwaukee site receptionist.Act as the key site user for the Kronos payroll system, run weekly payroll, and set up and train new users.Conduct, monitor and troubleshoot Workday (HRIS) system transactions.Reconcile and submit monthly union dues and welfare.Perform key administrative duties such as invoicing, meeting support, auditing, facilities/office management, etc.You Are Best Suited for The Role If You....
