CompanyFederal Reserve Bank of MinneapolisThis exciting and fast paced Project Manger role will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day workflow for Large and Foreign Banking Organizations (LFBO) Analytics Team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. The successful candidate will take part in meeting between Federal Reserve staff and LFBO representatives, tracking data integrity issues, and notifying LFBO representatives of material data issues. In addition, this role will have responsibility for managing analytics team meetings and project timelines, responding to stakeholder inquiries, managing user access to databases/reporting platforms, and conducting quality control reviews of reports produced by LFBO Analytics team.Responsibilities Include:Coordinates all aspects of smaller projects or a sub-task of larger projects involving cross functional areas of the Department, Division, Bank, Federal Reserve System and/or other federal agencies.Activities of project team, identifies appropriate resources as needed, and develops project schedules to ensure timely completion of project and adherence to quality standards.Assists in preparing cost estimates, budget projections, resource requirements, project plans, and other documentation in support of solutions and recommendations.Gathers data, identifies relevant issues, and provides analysis for the decision making process in support of business operations.Engages with stakeholders, customer, and/or peers to collaborate and coordinate work in support of projects or business operations.Assists in developing and delivering communications by facilitating team meetings and conference calls, drafting proposals and reports, and writing recommendations for management.Assists in documentation used for project training, procedure updates, and work requests; identifies training needs and develops project team members as needed.May participate and contribute to Bank and System work groups.May provide work direction to project team members.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of operations/financial analysis or project management experience.(For Senior Project Manager must have 4 years of project management experience)Project management certification preferred.The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System mandates individuals authorized to access banking supervision and regulation Confidential Supervisory Information (CSI) must be "Protected Individuals", which covers two categories of persons: U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and other non-citizens who apply for citizenship within six months of becoming eligible and, if offered a position, will sign a Declaration of Intent to become a United States Citizen.
