The Senior Digital Engineering Manager serves as the technology leader and will be responsible for leading the successful delivery and execution of an Agile scrum team. The Senior Digital Engineering Manager will support a scrum team and the over-all delivery and reporting within the team. This position requires individuals who have strong technical, development background, ability to manage developers / team members and be able to work with external teams like UAT, Product and Performance testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily scrum calls
• Team meeting sprint goals (committed deliverables) and quality of deliverables (# of defects)
• First point of escalation for delivery and quality challenges experienced in a sprint execution
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to advance their skills and career
• Collaborates with technical architecture team on technical design for new projects and backlog features
• Collaborates with respective Product owner / Product manager to understand Product vision, objectives and Metrics
• Establish and maintain strong software engineering practices and ensure all software delivery to meet Sonar gate 5 / Gate 9 standards
• Establish delivery framework that ensures quality through code review and adherence to standards
• Establish automated quality control process (CI/CD pipeline that includes standards check, automated functional, security and performance testing)

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of IT experience including development
• 2+ years of experience in a developer role.
• 1+ years of leading/managing people in an Agile environment
• Hands on technical experience in reviewing technical designs and ability to perform code reviews.
• Experience working in front end technologies (Angular JS, React JS, Node.JS) and backend technologies using Java.
• Working experience/knowledge with NoSQL DB like Cassandra, Elastic, Cosmos, MongoDB
• Experience with cloud implementation and Devops (creating monitoring dashboards, blue/green deployment concepts, Feature flags)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working in a Digital environment (ecommerce, web products)
• Healthcare experience
• Local to Eden Prairie, MN

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
