Schneider isseeking a Security Services Team Leader to focus on leadership and developmentof Security Service Specialists, Incident Specialists, and Receptionists. Youwill own the day to day operations, and ensure consistency and direction 24/7,as well as provide budget planning/analysis and key factor reporting.



Aboutthe role:

  • Facilitate individual development through daily coaching and mentoring, monthly department training, regular business partnerships, and performance appraisals.
  • Accountable for Security Services operations, and ensures all shifts are aligned around a common vision and direction.
  • Ensures departmental processes and all enterprise emergency procedures are current and up-to-date on a monthly basis.

Ourideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor degree in Security, Facilities, Business Management or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to set clear direction for associates and connect the enterprise vision to their work.
  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships with the ability to positively influence others.
