In this role you will represent the voice of the business by performing research, design, and development; translating complex business requirements into actionable features, user stories and changes/updates to the Government Operations application suite. This is a cross-functional liaison role that reviews requirements and performance against expectations and coordinates/facilitates or influences changes to product to achieve optimal performance. You will work with internal and external business partners to recommend future direction, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment to business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment Projects, and acts as an Enrollment Subject Matter Expert
  • Leads end to end requirements gathering sessions to assess, interpret, and analyze customer needs and requirements
  • Understands and can discuss the application and implications of changes to process, policies and procedures within the Enrollment capability
  • Provides analytical support and expertise needed to translate requirements into solutions
  • Solves complex problems and/or conducts complex analysis
  • Works with minimal guidance and seeks guidance on only complex tasks
  • Facilitating meetings and presenting documented requirements and complex concepts with clients / customers
  • Writing and documenting business requirements
  • Supports application testing and configuration with project teams to ensure solution will meet the business objectives of the requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Systems Analyst, and / or Business Analyst facilitating and documenting requirements (such as features, user stories, and/or business requirement documents) gathered from both business and IT counterparts
  • 1+ years of Healthcare experience
  • Experience working on multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership teams


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1+ years of Government Program experience (Medicaid / Medicare)
  • Experience with healthcare software products (preferably Enrollment software)
  • Experience working with all phases of Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of FACETS applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
  • Proven ability to work in a highly virtual and matrixed environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are - ability to communicate ideas and analysis in a clear concise fashion to clients, colleagues and senior business leaders

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
