As a member of the Global Effectiveness Team, we operate in a fast-paced innovative environment, using some of the newest tools such as WalkMe and Salesforce to provide world-class training solutions for both our sales organization as well as customers: Develops and deploys computer-based training (CBT) and interactive e-learning courses, training modules and support materials. Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate online teaching mechanisms. Guides training staff and shares expertise in the development and use of e-learning methodologies for course design. Develops project documentation, including CBT and e-learning development standards, templates and storyboards.
