They are currently seeking a Full time Electrical Controls Engineer to join their team in Milwaukee, WI.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong academic credentials as well as excellent personal and employment references.
- Experience with control panel design, sizing wire, low voltage power distribution, circuit protection, field devices (instrumentation, sensors, motors, drives, etc.)
- Programming and commissioning PLCs and HMIs.
- Experience with automation software packages including RSLogix, FactoryTalk View, and/or Wonderware Intouch.
- Approximately three or more years prior experience in control systems integration, engineering consulting, or construction is preferred.
Work assignments will include meeting with clients, gathering project specifications, drawings, etc., preparing construction documents for subcontractor bids, reviewing bids, designing electrical controls for process systems, instrumentation selection, instrumentation set-up, and field commissioning. This position involves approximately 20% travel.
