St. Catherine University and the Athletic Department invite applications for a Head Coach, Cross Country /Assistant Coach, Track and Field position. This is a half time appointment with the possibility of added teaching opportunities for qualified candidates.

The Head Coach, Cross Country /Assistant Coach, Track and Field will oversee all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference structure.

Responsibilities:

    • Meet annual athletic department recruitment goals
    • Lead student-athletes to a strong team structure that develops positive experiences and competitive team results
    • Mentor student-athletes in all aspects of the college experience and in transitioning from college to a career
    • Develop strong alumnae connections

    • NCAA Division III coaching and recruiting experience
