As our Marketing Manager of Dealer Planning you will drive forward our plan to deliver industry-best experiences for Bobcat dealers and stakeholders. This person is responsible for dealer site planning (DealerNET) and KPIs while ensuring dealer satisfaction as well as the overall strategy for our dealer marketing and communication program.  As a cross-functional leader, the person in this role will deliver on a vision for the dealer roadmap, developing strategies that lead to effective and efficient delivery of content and manage KPIs. 
In this role, you will report to the Sr Marketing Manager of Dealer Planning. 
 

Role & Responsibility

•    Act as a subject matter expert for Bobcat dealers, this person will manage dealer site integrations and planning, deliver on dealer site roadmap, and remain in front of emerging trends.
•    Drive forward roadmaps aligned with growth goals for dealer marketing, understanding and finding synergies across digital channels in partnership with other team members
•    Develop channel strategy & offering that optimizes reach & engagement with dealers, serving as an advocate for audience needs within the broader marketing team to ensure needs are met across business initiatives. 
•    Develop plans with recommended communication channels, timing, audience and messaging based on tool capabilities, experience, judgment, and input from marketing team and key stakeholders.
•    Ensure consistent & positive user experience within channels to ensure maximized clarity & ease-of-use. 
•    Understand and develop planned solutions to complex problems and goals in order to ensure dealer audience is delivering on the needs of the business. 
•    Work with stakeholders across Bobcat to understand business objectives & impact on dealers; strategically plan solutions to convey the business objectives and move dealers to action. 
•    Strategically plan website, communications, tools and tactics to for all dealers, and ensure messaging is aligned to brand standards and key business objectives.
•    Understand dealer marketing and how the dealer site connects to broader goals
•    Plan the delivery of dealer solutions, including:
    o    Clearly defining program objectives, tactics and KPIs
    o    Developing and delivering internal communication
    o    Leadership of tactical planning and execution for dealer media and dealer site
•    Perform analysis of behavior on dealer websites to identify insights and opportunities for optimization & testing; assess business objectives, research competition and develop ROI analysis, materials to support recommendations
•    Assess web analytics tagging and data quality; provide recommendations for web analytics enhancements to improve ability to make key business decisions

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in dealer marketing, site management and digital analytics
  • Basic understanding of CMS systems and ability to understand technical issues and communicate with development teams
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to identify solutions & see opportunity when faced with challenges.
  • Ability to deliver feedback in order to drive ongoing improvements & development.
  • Motivated & driven to consistently improve, advance & challenge the status-quo.
  • Ability to build positive relationships & influence internal & external colleagues.
  • Strong analytical background demonstrating an ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations
  • Great communication and management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and drive efforts from start to finish
  • Travel: 10-20%

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
