The Integration Architect drives and coordinates the technical execution of enterprise integration services that includes integration architecture, solution design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing operational support. The Integration Architect will assist in project execution and engage directly with project technical staff. The Architect is expected to work in a matrixed environment integrating market leading on premise and cloud-based enterprise application solutions including JDE, BluJay, UltiPro, Kronos and other SaaS applications.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required, Computer Science or MIS concentration preferred.
• Full life-cycle experience with analysis, architecture, design and promotion of EAI solutions including the use of SOA solutions with Dell Boomi, Mule Soft, Tibco or other EAI platforms.
• 10+ years hands on experience with design, development, implementing and supporting complex system integrations on middleware tools and technologies.
• 5 + years technical leadership experience to guide existing development teams.
• Deep knowledge and solid understanding of different integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience in implementing integration solutions using tools such as Azure ESB, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, IBM WebSphere MQ, Tibco, Web Methods, etc.
• Prior experience with Master Data Management processes, technologies and solutions.
• Good understanding of transformers, filters, flows, routers, services and how to use them.
• Development experience with REST and SOAP web services, APIs and integrate them in workflows.
• Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using JavaScript and/or Java.
• Should have experience working in an ERP environment such as JD Edwards, SAP, Infor, etc.
• Azure Cloud experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate at the senior leadership level.
• Ability to influence across multiple levels.
• Strategic thinking and vision. System thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking).
• Knowledge of DevOps, IT governance and operations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong analytic ability.

• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audience
• Knowledge of or ability to learn and use modeling languages and techniques including Entity Relationship Diagrams, Unified Modeling Language, Process Maps, Value Stream Maps.
• Ability to quickly learn and master multiple current and new technology environments.
• Data integration patterns, architecture, frameworks, technologies & trends
• EAI technical subject matter expertise
• SDLC process, adoption of best practices, standards, etc.
