Maintenance TechnicianMonroe Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team!We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our property running smoothly. They enjoy working indoors and outdoors, they like to work hard while having fun, must be able to adapt to unplanned events, while remaining resourceful and efficient. This is a temp-to-hire position. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service! Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goal including, but not limited to, the interior and exterior of the building, plus all other areas related to the day-to-day function of the building and activity of the residence; oversees outside contracts and vendors. Specific responsibilities include:Performing general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structurePerforms property and unit inspectionsMaintains the property curb appeal and general cleanlinessSchedules and maintains Make- Ready BoardPurchasing materials & Budget ManagementEnsure that maintenance teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residentsREQUIREMENTS for consideration are:High School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in Apartment/ multi-family Maintenance English language proficiency (read, speak and write)The ability to pass a full background checkWhere is the job located?
