What is the opportunity?. The Product Manager, Global Cash Management will enhance shareholder value by anticipating and meeting clients' needs, with particular emphasis on: core portfolio, new business opportunities, channel optimization, retention, cost reduction and revenue leakage within RBC Wealth Management, Global Cash Management. This role reports to the Director, Global Cash Management and assists with the execution of a cash management product strategy to deliver cash management solutions to support RBC's Wealth Management businesses worldwide. The primary focus of this position is to support the day-to-day management of the existing cash sweep, client cash management accounts, and money movement product solutions for clients of RBC Wealth Management (US). What will you do?: Support Management of vendors, including documented SLAs, due diligence, vendor risk and management. Liaise with RBC Risk, Operations, Technology to improve processes and policy a procedures of all RBC Cash Management products and services including but not limited to RBC Sweep products - Bank Deposits; Cash Plus, and Money Market Fund, and RBC Deposits, Payments, and Money Movement Initiatives. Develop internal partnership with Operations, Client Support and Service, Compliance and Legal as needed to ensure that products meet all regulatory disclosure requirements. Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities. Manage and Build controls and oversight programs to ensure compliance with regulations and proper risk mitigation. Serve as the Business Unit Risk Manager; working with Compliance, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk and other internal partners to enhance, build, document and enhance processes in order to comply with all applicable regulations. Oversee vendors are managing client disputes daily and adhering performing regulatory standards. Develop and enhance processes, change or develop new SLAs, and improve workflow between vendor and RBC Cash Management. Support RBC Risk Team with oversight of Cash Management Service client disputes Reg E Debit Card disputes, UCC check processing, and other money movement dispute regulatory standards. What do you need to succeed?. Must-have: Four year degree. Series 7 & 63 or ability to obtain with 3-6 months. Nice-to-have: A strong understanding of Wealth Management cash management solutions. A strong understanding of FinTech payment and banking including the management of bank liabilities. 3 years of experience managing Wealth Management product solutions. What's in it for you?.
