Medical Imaging Field Service Technician

Seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Field Service Engineer to service medical imaging equipment. Experience with (preferably) Philips general x-ray, rad, fluoro and portables. Repairs, calibrates, and maintains general medical x-ray equipment. Inspects and installs medical and related technical equipment in medical facilities. Safety tests medical equipment to ensure patient and staff safety from electrical or mechanical hazards. Consults with staff to ascertain that equipment functions properly and safely.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reasoning Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
