1. Job Title: Multimedia Designer

   Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

   Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin

   Summary:

   Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Multimedia Designer will plan, create and produce a range of highly engaging print, digital and multimedia communications, including websites, brochures, data sheets, retail displays, tradeshow graphics, direct mail and email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, interactive media and videos. This role will also be responsible for developing communication plans for branch opens and moves, and store merchandising. The list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.

   Essential Duties and responsibilities:

   Independently manages multiple projects simultaneously, interacting as needed with relevant personnel throughout the organization; plans and identifies methods and tools for the project.

   1. Design
   • Creates and integrates video, audio, photography, graphics, and animation into presentations; outputs into multiple formats while creating an effective user interface
   • Designs and programs multimedia communications using animations, e-forms, etc.
   • Effectively optimizes website for ease of navigation. Develops website landing pages

   
   

   1. Brand Management
   • Ensures that all projects are aligned with Gustave A. Larson's visual identity and branding guidelines
   • Develops and maintains multimedia database
   • Develops and maintains Gustave A. Larson style guide
   1. Digital Marketing
   • Creates templates, forms and other tactics as needed within marketing automation tool
   • Video production and editing for testimonials, tutorials and general brand differentiation

   
   

   4. Merchandising
   
   • Develops visual displays to attract customers and increase sales
   • Assists stores with display recommendations and shares best practices with stores through visits, photos and videos
   1. Executes new store set ups and resets for branch openings, moves and events
   • Coordinates creation and printing of signage, counter displays and vendor backdrops
   • Updates Google listings and website
   • Designs and posts digital signage at stores across footprint
   • Creates collateral for open houses and collaborates with Segment Product Managers on vendor sponsors and attendees

   
   

   Basic Qualifications

   • Proven expertise in all aspects of graphic, web and print design
   • Advanced proficiency using the following software: Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Premier, Acrobat
   • Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in designing print and multimedia and producing web pages/on-screen presentations
   • Proven expertise in visual communication, including technical aspects of design, layout, color, usability and typography
   • Experience managing a CMS and ability to edit HTML
   • Proven ability to independently organize and prioritize work, to manage multiple projects, meet production standards, and maintain a flexible schedule
