As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Administrator works across several functions including benefits, payroll, and HR technology. The HR Administrator will also coordinate special projects for Human Resources. This is a generalist role where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop across multiple HR operational disciplines. Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, flexible, highly motivated, and possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Works with benefits team to support benefits administration, including benefit enrollments, billing and invoicing, and pension and retirement plan administration
* Works with payroll team to support biweekly payroll cycle, including payroll processing, timekeeping, reporting, and tax filings; covers payroll processing for payroll team members as necessary
* Utilizes HR technology system, UKG Pro, to complete employee transactions, research, reporting, and audits
* Answers employee questions regarding benefits and payroll, researching and following up as necessary
* Coordinates special HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
* 1 - 3 years of HR experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred
* Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
* Accuracy and attention to detail; analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and collaboration skills
* Problem solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work independently and to be self-motivated and flexible
