Leadership Development Training Educator

We Are Hiring Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Location: Virtual / Remote - preference for being located in TX, MI, IN, or WI (Some travel 30% may be required) Do you have experience with facilitating training and development programs? Join our Learning and Development team as a Training Educator and support leadership development programs for the organization. Apply to learn more! What You Will Do Deliver both classroom and virtual training content with a primary focus on leadership development Apply knowledge of adult learning principles to teach various types of learning content. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand desired performance, assess learning needs, and tailor appropriate training solutions. Conduct post-training evaluations and analyze results. Update curricula and explore new materials for program participants. Take action to stay abreast of current and evolving learning trends, instructional methods/techniques and emerging technologies. What You Will Need Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Work Experience: 3 years of experience preferred. Additional Preferences Work Experience: 3 years of HR, OD or training experience strongly preferred. Experience delivering content related to leadership development strongly preferred.
