This national corporation services both public and private markets throughout the country and is currently seeking a Project Manager based out of central Minnesota.
Your Role With The Company
Completing projects from cradle to grave including: planning, submittals, reviewing plans and specifications, analyzing budgets and costs, reviewing quantities, change orders, RFI's,
Troubleshooting areas of concern and communicating regularly and consistently with customers, engineers, sub-contractors and construction team to provide periodic status updates of ongoing projects
Coordinating pre-construction and weekly project status meetings, ensuring compliance with contract requirements through a thorough familiarization and understanding of project plans and specifications.

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the heavy civil construction/tunneling with an emphasis in storm drain, sewer, and water.
- Exposure to Heavy Bid/Heavy Job, Primavera 6 (P6), and Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of estimating and managing projects at the field level.
- College degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Base Salary from $100-120K/yr. DOE *Salary range is only a guideline. *
