Job Description
The Global Market Develop Leader - Paper and Wood Products, as part of Global Power and Control Center of Excellence reporting to the Global Markets and Strategy Manager is responsible and accountable for creation and execution of a global growth strategy focused on their target industry. As the Industry subject matter expert, this position serves as trusted partner to the regional teams, geo sales, global Portfolio team, and target customers advocating for Rockwell Delivered Solutions across the entire Lifecycle of their power, automation, and control assets. Additional responsibilities include content creation for Sales Enablement Programs, relevant Industry Association/Trade Shows and participation, and a key contributor to 1- and 5-year Business Strategy Development and Strategic Deployment.
Minimum qualifications:
* BS in Engineering discipline; further education in business administration, operations, or project management is desirable.
* Travel is required, estimated 25-40%.
Desired qualifications:
* Typically, 10 or more years' experience in project management, marketing management or business management related to power systems, power control, information and/or automation systems, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex project pursuits.
* Evidence of ability to develop and implement successful business growth strategy.
* Demonstrated ability to positively interact and influence internal middle-to-senior management levels.
* Demonstrated ability to positively interact with customers at middle-to-senior management levels.
* Proven ability to manage and hold accountable human resources and effectively plan headcount in a matrix environment
* Bachelor's degree in engineering
* Sales or Marketing experience
* Experience with Power, Power Conversion, Automation, Networks
