If you are interested in truly making a difference, apply today! JOB SUMMARY:Assists with Head Start (HS), Even Start (ES), Seal-a-Smile (SAS), and all outreach locations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Create rosters for each day on SAS and other clinical outreach schedules Enter patient data into registration and scheduling in the EHREnter notes/charges into Wisdom for each child seen at SAS and other clinical outreach eventsCreate new chart in electronic medical/dental record as necessaryCollect and enter insurance information for individuals on SAS and other clinical outreach schedulesResponsible for organization and retention of SAS and other clinical outreach informationPick-up incoming mail from community mailboxes and deliver to respective individualsOther duties as assigned EducationHigh School Diploma or GED required.Related Work Experience1-3 years of Clerical or Secretarial experience in a clinic setting.Dental terminology preferred.
