Some over time required.Maintenance Technicians must be able to work unsupervised while performing quality repairs to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.Travel is required, primarily local during the business day. A company vehicle is provided.Strong customer service skillsWHAT YOU NEEDHigh school diploma or equivalent.2-5 years' experience in the maintenance field.Proficient at using a smartphone and computer.Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixturesWorking knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposalWater heater knowledge both electric and gasValid Driver's License.Pass a Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, Credit, and Criminal Background Check.Must have own tools, we provide larger/specialized equipment.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/BENEFITSPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
