Job Details

Develop, plan, and actively manage customer accounts.

Proactively track/manage project sales opportunities.

Develop and implement project specific sales strategies to maximize Harris probability of success.

Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Maintain effective business development program, securing profitable work on a routine basis.

Achieve sales plan, both revenue and margin targets.

Represent Company in project meetings, project presentations, contract negotiations, etc.

Assist in managing the pricing, proposal, scope review and preconstruction function on potential projects

Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and A/E contacts to facilitate positive relationships and communication.

Build, manage, and retain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Establish relationships with facility owners, developers and engineers to develop potential design build, design assist, and bid Mechanical industrial projects.

What we're looking for in you

10+ years of industry knowledge of mechanical and plumbing

10+ years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role

10+ years of proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

10+ years of proven sales track record

10+ years of knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Ability to establish relationships - both internal and external
