Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Engineering Project Manager to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Emission Solutions Business Unit in Madison, WI or your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Can balance the technical requirements and business needs while successfully collaborating and communicating with technical and non-technical leadership within ATA and cross functional teams/organization to successfully deliver a quality product, meeting customer requirements on time.
Is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the projects plan. Lead steam conversations around aftertreatment delivery, specifically design reviews, ESW tasks, and specification releases. This includes providing detailed status updates to Director Level / Chief Engineer positions in the company.
Works with cross functional team to prepare design reviews and facilitates the design review and is accountable for the design review recommendation.
Assesses risk, prepares risk assessments, and presents to Director Level/Chief Engineer positions in the company.
Is accountable for documenting technical requirements early in the program (M0 M1) and collaborates with the team delivering on these requirements throughout the program.
Performs yearly financial and headcount assessment of program and updates MDS (or equivalent) document to record this information. In alignment with program schedule, forecasts program spec releases and communicates these dates and quantities. Accountable for FIRG resolution of aftertreatment design.
