Job Description:
- Delivers strategy, insight, analysis, architecture, and design for the end-to-end client experience.
- Supports existing and potential products by tracking industry trends, client needs, and market opportunities to enable business decision making.
- Gathers and leverages data in a compelling manner to address product iteration, issue resolution, and operational excellence.
- Guides and/or supports voice of the customer activities in assigned area.
- Provides planning and strategy development with future-state visioning based on market, client, and product insight.
- Plans for, designs, and conducts effective client research and analysis.
- Uses a variety of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methods including interviews, focus groups, surveys, human-centered design, user experience, participant observation, and others.
- Presents results and recommendations to management, product management, and other stakeholders.
- When appropriate, guides recommendations and architects solutions to operational home.
- Balances knowledge of market opportunities with strategic plans and business capabilities.
- Serves as a client advocate on cross-functional teams.
- Supports the impact and maturation of Client Experience practice, tools, and processes within the business.
- Will manage projects/ventures that are of lower difficulty and complexity.
- Participates in cross-functional teams that include multidisciplinary staff.
- Externally, this position has frequent contact with clients through a variety of channels.
- Attends conferences to stay abreast of innovation and best practices; contributes to advancing the practice through participation in professional and user groups.

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business analysis, usability, design, communication, marketing, product management, or related field and 4 years' experience in a professional business environment. Or, Bachelor's degree in above fields, Master's degree in business, usability, design, communication, product management, or related field, and 2 years of experience in a professional business environment.
