Clinical Sales Specialist

Dental Crafters is looking for a talented and driven Sales Representative to increase sales and continue to develop relationships with existing clients. This individual will be selling dental restorations, surgical guides and implant systems. Territory of Eastern Wisconsin, Northern Illinois and Northern Michigan/UP.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

New Business Development

• Cold call as appropriate within market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Prospect for potential new clients
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
• Research and build relationships with new clients
• Set up meetings and plan approach to sell products
• Constant follow up with prospects
• Attend trade shows

Client Retention

• Establish and build relationships with current clients
• Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships
• Planning & Administration:
• Forecast sales targets
• Track and record activity with clients in CRM tool

Clinical Support

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert with all of Dental Crafters Network's products and their position in the marketplace.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of implant dentistry and the Argon Implant System (will train the right candidate).
• Develop comprehensive understanding of Dental Crafters Prosthetic offerings (will train the right candidate) and have the ability to relate product offerings and requirements to Dentists and their staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

?? Bachelor's Degree preferred

?? 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or dentistry / medical required.

?? Experience in dental or dental implants a plus

?? Chairside/Clinical experience a plus

?? The drive to sell a product/service you believe in

?? Strong networking, persuasion and prospecting skills

?? Excellent communication and organizational skills

?? Strong Microsoft Office computer skills and skills with CRM tools

?? Self-motivated, independent and sales focused
