$500 Hiring BonusRetail Sales/Locksmith TechnicianBatteries Plus, the nation's first, largest and fastest growing battery and light bulb franchise of its kind, is looking for a full-time Retail Sales/Locksmith Technician to work out the Fox Valley Market. This position represents the company in the field, selling and delivering products.Route Driver/Locksmith Technician responsibilities include:Selling products and services (i.e., key cutting and installation of car batteries, wiper blades, headlights, etc.).Meet all sales goals and be able to generate new leads to solicit new business and build our client base.Generate and qualify new leads through lead maps, scheduled appointments and cold-calls.Meet with decision makers to establish and maintain strong working relationships.Establish new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers by providing outstanding customer service and build and maintain customer rapport.Primary contact for customer questions or concerns, must be able to seek knowledge and provide solutions.Manage accurate van inventory and maintain working conditions.Operate sales register to complete sales transactions with accuracy.Meet deadlines and insure timely deliveries.Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years of ageH.S. diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
