After greeting our patients and listening to their concerns it is the Dentist's responsibility to perform general dentistry practices, complete oral exams, appropriately diagnose, record findings and initiate treatment plans for your patients. After making a diagnosis you will develop and implement a treatment plan for your patients. Treatment plans may include; ordering appropriate laboratory tests, x-rays, prescription drugs as determined by patient's needs, performs surgical procedures, monitor growth of development of hard and soft tissues, performs appropriate preventative and emergent measures, provide oral hygiene instruction, dietary instruction, and refer patients to dental specialists for treatment, as needed.There may also be opportunities to assist with health education in the community, organize and perform preventative oral health presentations and general promotion of preventative oral health disease at on-site and off-site locations.At Northland Health Centers we provide patient-focused care and want to ensure that you always take the time to instruct and counsel with patients and their families about their treatment and care plans.We invite you to seek the "Good Life" in North Dakota.
