NO CONSUMER CALLS! Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: Stable and high-speed internet RAM of 8gb or higher Headset Ability to work from a quiet home office setting Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude Ability to problem solve and multitask Willingness to maintain confidentiality Ability to remain in stationary position 95% of the time.
